Ordering Processing Time
All of our items are handmade, specifically for you. We do not carry stock. Because of this, please allow 2 weeks for us to make your items and ship them. Your shipping time will start after this 2 week time.
Shipping Time
All items are shipping USPS Ground. If you need something shipped with a quicker speed, please contact us.
Exchanges due to sizing
Because our items are all handmade to order, we cannot offer exchanges due to sizing. Please reference the sizing guides and measurements before ordering.
Exchanges due to defects
We have a quality assurance process that each order runs through before shipping. However, humans are making your order and sometimes mistakes happen. We will ALWAYS work to make them right. If you received any products with mistakes or errors on them, please message us.
